Michelle Koerner, MEd, LPC - Board Member
Michelle was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She has a BA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master's Degree in General Counseling from UMSL. She has been working for the same Residential Treatment facility, Marygrove in Florissant, MO, since she graduated from college in 1990. She currently is the Director of Admissions and Therapy.
In 1997, she married Tom Koerner. On their first year anniversary they found out they were pregnant and due in July 1999. On her due date - July 25, 1999, Kaitlyn Nicole was born still. Since that time she has been very involved with Share. She started running the Pregnancy After Loss Group. She is also a Share Companion.
Michelle and Tom have since had two beautiful boys. Kevin was born 9/2000 and Jackson was born 2/2002.
